I tried my hand at cooking a certain Izakaya anime.

That anime takes place in an izakaya,

In the second half of the anime,

the dishes that appeared in the story

The second half of the anime is a \”live-action\” explanation of the dishes that appeared in the story.

Suzune was especially interested in

Umaki Kaze.

Suzune had never heard of umaki in the first place,

but it seems to be an omelet containing broiled eel

It seems to be a kind of omelet with broiled eel in it.

In this cooking corner, the unagi was replaced with chikuwa (a type of fish meat).

The eel was replaced with chikuwa.

So,

I made Suzune with egg and chikuwa too.

I don\'t comment whether I burnt it or not.

But I cut off the black part and ate it.

Someday, I would like to try \”Umaki\”,

I would like to try \”Umaki\” someday.
