Good afternoon!

My body couldn\’t keep up with the recent heat.

I\’m Yuna, and I\’ve been suffering from heat stroke.

I have to drink more water on hot days than I thought I would.

Yesterday, I realized that my body can\’t keep up if I don\’t drink enough water on a hot day.

I remember that I was enjoying the taste of oral rehydration solution when I realized that I had to drink more than I had expected on a hot day… lol.

Yuna, I have to be more conscious of frequent rehydration.
